They will be happy to add on what makes it a special date for you. Ask about adding roses, or chocolates and maybe a wine tasting to a local winery.
You may want to enjoy a city stay in an historic area or head to the country to gaze at the stars at night. Your Innkeeper will be most knowledgeable about what to see and do in their area.
